Funding Sources

There are a variety of funding sources that farmers, ranchers, and rural landowners may tap into to receive financial support for water quality protection projects. Public agencies and non-profit groups have funding that they competitively distribute to private land managers based on the benefit of the proposed work. Funding can be in the form of direct grants, loans, or cost-sharing. Eligibility and the level of funding vary by program so contact the organizations listed below for more detailed program information.
