The Central Coast Soil Hub invites you to join the Rancher2Rancher team at the Cal Poly Beef Center to connect with fellow ranchers and land managers, discuss challenges and opportunities of ranching, and engage in soil health demonstrations. We’ll tackle issues like fire, drought, water scarcity, pasture renovation, profitability, and more, so come prepared with lots of questions. We welcome participants from San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and neighboring counties.

Lunch will be provided, along with coffee and snacks, provided by our partners at the Cal Poly Initiative for Climate Leadership and Resilience (funded by the UC-RGPO) and the Cachuma Resource Conservation District. We plan to be outside as much as possible, so plan accordingly and please bring a camp chair / folding chair if you are able.
